Brown Thrasher (Toxostoma rufum), Phoenix, Maricopa County

This Brown Thrasher was discovered and photographed by Charlie Babbitt on 17 May 2009 in his backyard in Phoenix. 

Brown Thrasher is a causal fall, winter and spring visitor.  It is extremely rare after very early May.
