Lucifer Hummingbirds (Calothorax lucifer), Ash Canyon, Cochise County

This Lucifer Hummingbird was photographed by Brandon Percival on 03 August 2009 at the Ash Canyon Bed and Breakfast.

Lucifer Hummingbirds have returned to this location for several years where they are regular and now expected.  Away from this one location, Lucifer Hummingbird is a casual summer visitor to the mountains of SE Arizona.
