Sulphur-bellied Flycatcher (Myiodynastes luteiventris), Cibola National Wildlife Refuge, Cibola, AZ, La Paz County

This Sulphur-bellied Flycatcher was discovered and photographed by Lindsey Smith on 30 June 2010.

Not a species that wanders much out of its normal range in SE Arizona, this is an apparent first record for La Paz County.

In the photos you can make out the striking wing pattern, rusty tail, large bill and dark malar stripe.
