Gray Catbird (Dumetella carolinensis), Cameron Seep, Coconino County

This Gray Catbird was discovered and photographed by Jason Wilder on 01 November 2011.

Another individual or the same was also observed at this location by John Coons et al. on 24 October 2011.

Gray Catbird is a casual visitor anywhere in Arizona other than a few riparian areas in the White Mountains and, even there, it is uncommon.

Slate gray bird with a distinctive black cap. It also has a black tail and rufous undertail coverts.
