Regional rarity.  Casual in the Lower Colorado River Valley and in La Paz County in general, with fewer than 10 records

Kinglet-like, wing-barred vireo with pale lores and assymetrical, incomplete eyering.  Distinguished from Ruby-crowned Kinglet by strong hooked bill.
