Eastern Phoebe (Sayornis phoebe), Agua Fria National Monument, Agua Fria River Bed, Yavapai County

This Eastern Phoebe was photographed by Gordon Karre on 22 September 2012 on an AZFO Field Excursion led by Troy Corman.

Eastern Phoebe is a rare but regular winter visitor to Arizona. 

Gray back, dark cap, no eyering, weak wing bars, weak yellow belly and white chest with brownish smudging on sides.
