Mew Gull (Larus canus), Alamo Lake, La Paz County

This Mew Gull was discovered and photographed by David Moll on 26 February 2013 and photographed by Kurt Radamaker on 03 March 2013.

Mew Gull is a casual winter visitor with about 15 previous records.  However, in recent years there have been multiple reports each winter.  This may be due to greater coverage of Western Arizona, where most of these reports occur. 

Small gull with rounded head and tiny bill.
