Slate-throated Redstart (Myioborus miniatus), Southwest Research Station, Chiricahuas, Cochise County

This Slate-throated Redstart was discovered by P.D. Hulce on 18 May 2013 and photographed by Chris West on 18 May 2013.

Only 7 previously accepted records of this species for Arizona.

Slate gray upperparts, black around the face and throat, red belly, lack of white on the wing, red cap, white on the outer rectrices.
