Rufous-capped Warbler (Basileuterus rufifrons), French Joe Canyon, as far up the trail goes, Cochise County

Rufous-capped Warblers were discovered by Ron Beck on 26 July 2013 and photographed by Johan Nilsson on 06 August 2013.

About 20 previous records, including observations of multiple birds and nesting attempts.  This underbirded canyon has hosted this species in the past and they bred here in 2001-2003. 

Unmistakable.
