Streak-backed Oriole (Icterus pustulatus), Cibola Valley Conservation Area, La Paz County

This Streak-backed Oriole was discovered by David Vander Pluym,Michelle and Jen Tobin and photographed by David Vander Pluym on 04 November 2013.

Casual vistior, mostly in fall and winter though it has bred.

Heavy-based straight bill with black on underside of lower mandible, brightest "orange" on the face and particularly the malar region (in the field this glowed), white edging to the wing feathers,
