Harris's Sparrow (Zonotrichia querula), Himmel Park, Pima County

General notes to the photo editor including why this species is being submitted to AZFO:

Casual in Arizona in winter.

A large Zonotrichia sparrow, larger than White-crowneds also present for comparison. Upperparts (wings and back) similar to White-crowned. Underparts whitish with dark brown smudgy markings along flanks and breast. Head and face warm tawny color with spotted crown. First-year individuals lack black markings on throat. Bill large and pink.
