Rusty Blackbird (Euphagus carolinus), A small drainage pond just east of Brookerson Road and 0.5 miles north of the Cochise County Line, Graham County

This Rusty Blackbird was photographed by Jeff Coker on 19 November 2013

I believe this may be a first county record for Graham County.

Non-breeding plumage male. Pale (white to pale yellow) iris. Mask (black and tan) pattern on face. Thin pointed bill. Rusty colored on back and chest. Seen feeding along eastern shoreline under willows and perched in mesquite on northern shore.
