Blue Mockingbird (Melanotis caerulescens), Ramsey Canyon, Cochise County

Arizona has three accepted records of Blue Mockingbird, all wintering birds in southeastern Arizona.

The overall blue coloration, black mask, long bill, and reddish eye make this species distinctive.
