Carolina Wren (Thryothorus ludovicianus ), Private yard, Overgaard, Navajo County

This Carolina Wren was found and photographed by Jerry Jackson on 14 December and by Eric Hough on 16 December 2015

If accepted by the ABC, this would only be a 4th state record for Arizona, a first for Navajo County and northern Arizona, and the first in the state since 2006.

Large wren with a bold white supercilium, warm brown upperparts, buffy orange underparts, brown tail barred with black.
