Cackling Goose (Branta hutchinsii), Continental Golf Course Flagstaff , Coconino County

A Cackling Goose was first found by Thomas Hewall on 11 November 2017 and two together were photographed by BB Oros on 14 January 2018

Cackling Goose is a rare winter visitor to Arizona.

Cackling Geese are separated from Canada Geese by smaller size, shorter neck, and proportionately shorter bill with a steeper forehead.
