Black-throated Blue Warbler (Setophaga caerulescens), Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Pinal County

This Black-throated Blue Warbler was photographed by Jim Burns on 29 November 2021.

This species is a casual, but almost annual visitor to Arizona, with most records of males in fall. This female represents one of only a few females ever found in the state.
