Ruddy Turnstone (Arenaria interpres), Main Pond at Willcox/Twin Lakes, Cochise County

This Ruddy Turnstone was discovered by Richard Messenger on 26 September 2007 and photographed by Dave Beaudette and Tom Ryan on 27 September 2008 at Cochise Lake in Willcox. 

Ruddy Turnstone is a casual transient in fall in southeastern Arizona.
