Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (Sphyrapicus varius) Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Pinal County

Yellow-bellied Sapsucker is an Arizona Bird Committee (ABC) sketch details species. Because of an increase in documented sightings in Arizona, in 2006 it was removed from the ABC review list and placed on the sketch details list.
